Our Process
Discovery Call
We begin with a quick 20-minute discovery call to learn about your search and the kind of nanny your family is hoping to find. During this call, we’ll answer your questions, share what to expect, and then direct you to complete our Family Form so we can begin shaping your search.
Family Form
This is where we learn everything about your dream “unicorn” nanny. Even if some details feel intangible, we want to know your every wish! Starting with your routines, priorities, and what would make life easier. The more we understand, the more precisely we can find someone who truly fits your family.
Meet Our Team
Next, we schedule a virtual call so you can meet us face-to-face. We take this time to get to know you and your children on a personal level, and for you to know who will be supporting you. If we do not understand you as a family, we cannot make a meaningful match. This step ensures we feel like partners, not strangers.
The Search Begins
Once we understand your needs, we begin recruiting specifically for your family. We do not send profiles in bulk or overwhelm you with options. Instead, we carefully screen, interview, and pre-qualify each candidate before you ever meet them.
Screening and Vetting
Before each candidate's handwritten bio reaches your inbox, we have interviewed them multiple times, run a soft background check, verified references, and collected multiple safety and identity documents. This ensures you meet only qualified, reliable, and genuinely committed candidates interested in working with your family.
Interviews and Trials
When it’s time to meet candidates, we’ll guide you through every step of the process. We begin with a virtual interview, followed by an in-person meeting (if desired) and one or multiple paid working interviews. You’ll receive thoughtful guidance at each stage so you can feel confident, informed, and at ease as you move toward your final match. We also handle all interview scheduling in-house to eliminate any back-and-forth and save you the stress of coordinating.
Job Offer
Once you’ve found your match, we help you finalize the details. We assist with your job proposal, employment package, and formal agreement to make sure everything is clear and complete. We can also connect you with our trusted payroll partner for secure setup and exclusive client discounts.
Ongoing Support
Our involvement doesn’t end when your nanny starts. We stay connected through the 30-day transition period and beyond, offering guidance whenever you need it. We also maintain your nanny’s compliance records and background checks throughout their employment. We are here as your continued partner—your Tribe, your village.
