Foundational Verification takes 3 to 5 business days. Enhanced Verification takes 7 to 10 business days. Comprehensive Verification timelines depend on scope and the number of candidates involved. Timelines begin once the nanny has completed and returned their intake forms and consent documentation.
Does the nanny need to agree to vetting?
Yes. Vetting requires the nanny's written consent for background checks, reference contact, and document collection. The Nanny Tribe sends the nanny a clear set of forms outlining what will be reviewed and how the information will be used. Most professional nannies expect and welcome a thorough vetting process.
