Full-Time Nannies typically work between 35 to 50 hours a week. The specific schedule can vary significantly based on the family's needs, travel requirements, and desired level of flexibility. Some full-time nannies may follow a standard Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule, while others may be part of a team of caregivers working rotating shifts to provide round-the-clock support. Our boutique team offers you one-on-one support to determine the schedule that best fits your needs.

Full-Time Nannies provide much more than general supervision; they partner with parents to ensure children are happy, healthy, and thriving. Their responsibilities vary by household but often include comprehensive care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding the children. They also organize fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities and outings, engage in creative play, and handle school drop-offs and pick-ups. Additionally, full-time nannies may assist with homework, prepare nutritious meals, and manage children's schedules to ensure a well-rounded and balanced daily routine. They also take on light household duties related to the children, such as washing dishes, doing children's laundry, sanitizing bottles, stocking changing tables, and more.

Our boutique recruiting team will work closely with you to develop a competitive compensation package tailored to your family’s needs. Rates for full-time nannies vary based on the nanny’s experience, job duties, preferred schedule, location, and the level of travel and flexibility required. Current rates for professional nannies range from $32 to $50 per hour. In addition to their wages, most full-time nannies receive benefits such as two weeks of paid vacation, paid holidays and sick days, and a health insurance stipend.
