Comfortable being legally employed (W2) and paid via payroll
High School diploma (4-Year College Degree or Child Development/Psychology-Related Coursework Preferred)
Authorized to Work in U.S.
CPR & First Aid Certified (Or Willing To Complete Certification Upon Hire)
Strong Driving Record
Proffesional Online presence
Minimum of 2 years of recent professional childcare experience after age 18, including at least one year as a professional nanny in a private home. Acceptable roles include Pre-K-12 teacher, preschool educator with 12 ECE units, or behavior interventionist.
Refences for all childcare work
Proficient in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
Clean Criminal Record
Valid Passport Holder (Or Willing to Acquire a Passport Upon Hire) & Willingness to Travel
The candidate must reside within a 45-minute commute of the position. *Out-of-area candidates are welcome but must be willing to relocate and travel for trials.
Ability To Make a 1-Year Commitment To a Family
Willing To Register With Trustline (CA Only)
