In 2017, Nicole, our founder, made the significant move from the quiet, close-knit community of Santa Barbara to the vibrant and sprawling Bay Area. The transition was more profound than anticipated. Moving from a smaller town to a much larger city was a jolt.  At that time, it was just Nicole and her husband beginning a new journey of their own. They soon grappled with the challenges of their new environment, feeling the absence of their close community and the invaluable support it provided. This personal experience led Nicole to establish The Nanny Tribe. Her ambition extended far beyond creating just another nanny agency. She envisioned a space where families, much like hers, could find that crucial sense of community and connection in their childcare solutions.
