Furthermore, this is an excellent opportunity for us to introduce you to our range of services, ensuring you feel at ease with our approach.

Virtual In-Home Visit

After completing our New Family form, you will be contacted to schedule a virtual in-home meeting to delve into your family’s search. We would also like to connect with you and learn more about your values, energy levels, and personalities. It is essential for us to meet the children and see how you interact with them. This will help us better understand your family dynamic and support our recruitment process for the most fitting unicorn-rockstar candidates.


As part of our recruitment process, we will send you the appropriate paperwork and request a deposit to initiate the process. Our skilled recruiters will then conduct a thorough search to make sure we find candidates that meet your expectations.

After a 30-day trial period with the candidate, we will finalize by offering a placement agreement. We will follow by providing you with the necessary space to allow growth within your thriving family, with the assurance that The Nanny Tribe is only a phone call away.
