Her current position will offer afternoon and weekend support. At the end of July her schedule will open up to any schedule the family prefers.  She will be taking on a serving position at the of the season, in hopes of working Friday and Saturday evenings, but is willing to work Saturday mornings or Sunday for the weekend support.

Red Flags

The only red flag would be her minimal time working in a private home. However, when testing Casey's knowledge, she was intuitive, knowledgeable, creative, and attentive, and when caring for children, safety was first, as well as offering compassion, empathy, and fun led the day. Casey has demonstrated her eagerness to meet your family. She has been very communicative and is excited to meet you. 

Note: Casey was very fidgety in our interview, but I feel it was her nerves.
