How It Works
We Establish a Relationship With You
We begin by requesting all nanny candidates to complete our company application and submit a professional nanny resume showcasing your experience. Following this, you'll participate in a series of interviews with our recruiting specialist. These interviews allow us to learn more about your background, career goals, and the type of family you wish to work with.
Reference Check & Onboarding
Following your interviews, we take the next steps to welcome you to our Nanny Tribe. We connect with your references, reaching out to your previous nanny families to gather their feedback and ensure they were delighted with your services. This helps us confirm that your past employers love and appreciate your work as much as we do. Their insights help us build a comprehensive profile of your strengths and successes, further ensuring that you are matched with the ideal family.
Once the reference check is complete, we proceed with our comprehensive onboarding process. We will collect all necessary documents to officially welcome you to our Nanny Tribe.
We Match You with Families & Schedule Interviews
Once your profile is complete, we create a detailed nanny profile highlighting your skills, experience, and unique qualities. We then introduce you to families who are seeking a nanny with your attributes. If your profile aligns with their needs and preferences, we share it with them for review. We will coordinate and schedule interviews with interested families, providing you with tips to succeed in the process.

We will negotiate your salary, outline the terms of your employment, and coordinate all the details of your contract and hiring.
