Nanny for San Francisco Family (Marina District)

A professional family in San Francisco is seeking a nurturing, experienced full-time ROTA nanny with certified NCS credentials or in-depth, long-term infant experience to care for their 3-month-old and occasionally their 6-year-old.The nanny will provide loving, engaged care while aligning with the family’s parenting philosophy to ensure consistent child development.

This kind and quiet family is looking for a nanny to join the household team, offering a professional work style, team player, no job too small work ethic. They hope to find a nanny who has a higher education, is tech-savvy, flexible with their scheduling needs, willing to travel for periods of time, and is looking for a 10-year position to grow with the kids.

Job Requirements 

NCS certified or extensively trained
Minimum of 10+ years of recent professional nanny experience acquired after the age of 18
Expertise in caring for infants and toddlers, including combined care for multiple children
Experience working with UHNW/high profile families and in multi-staff households preferred, with contactable references required
Impeccable background and driving record
Reliable, safe vehicle, capable of transporting children
Candidate must offer exclusivity to the family, ensuring flexibility in their schedule
Additional credentials in teaching or child development (Bachelor’s degree in Child Development preferred)
Current certifications in Hands On Training of Infant First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Up-to-date vaccinations, including Tdap, TB, and COVID-19(2024)
Ability to adapt to a calm, team-oriented household environment

Schedule

ROTA Live-In Schedule
Friday - Friday
Paid 24 Hour Shifts
Some Holidays Required 
Travel Ready Requierd (Passport Ready)
Flexability In Schedule (Extra Days Will Ocassionally Be Requested)

Compensation

Compensation: $35.00-$40.00 hour blended rate

You will be paid 24 hours a day on-site, including sleep hours.

The Rate offered is the medium rate between base pay for the first 9 hours and time and a half rate for the following 15 hours each day. 

Annual compensation averages $150,000.00 -185,000.00, depending on your experience and qualifications.
