This additional approach includes advanced background checks and additional verification steps, such as an agency-standard interview and detailed employment history analysis.

Comprehensive Vetting Tier
Our Comprehensive Vetting Tier is our most valuable option, designed to let you step back while we handle the hard work. With this tier, you receive one-on-one support throughout your recruiting process. Once you have identified up to three candidates and completed your initial phone interviews, we take over with a comprehensive virtual interview.
If the candidate meets our expectations, we proceed with the thorough vetting process included in Tiers One and Two. Throughout this process, we guide you every step of the way, ensuring you know your next steps with each candidate.
